As the founder and leader with 12+ years of experience in administration, community development, and cross-sector partnership building. Skilled in policy design, project implementation, and data-driven program evaluation, Sam specializes in translating operational needs into sustainable pathways.

Sam is a graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University with a major in Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Management and holds an Honours B.A. in Public Administration & Governance (TMU), a 2-year Post-Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and Administration, and a 3-year diploma in Health and Social Care from Walsall International College, England.
